New care home for Knutsford?
People in Knutsford paying for care could soon opt for a 41-bed care home in the area, if plans go ahead.

It is believed the care home would also bring 50 new part-time jobs to the area.
Oldham based Marantomark Ltd wants to demolish the current property on the site, which has been empty for a number of years.
Although planning permission was given for a care home three years ago, it has now been found that the scheme would not meet the Care Quality Commission standards in terms of room sizes and provision of facilities.
This follows news that an old fire station in West Sussex is to be transformed into a care facility called Westhope Lodge, reports the West Sussex County Times.
